GSP Hosts College Week at GRMS

A college campus

The first week of May, the Graduate Support Program at Guadalupe Regional Middle School will host its first College Week. The purpose of the week is to promote a “college-going identity” on campus. The week will allow the school community to focus on what students need to attain their college and post-secondary goals. Each grade will have different activities during the week to help them develop their action plans for high school and college. Some of the activities include a letter to college graduates in our community, a faculty panel on higher education, graduate guest speakers, and a college research project. We will have five graduates back on campus to speak to the students and a few out of town graduates will present to the 8th grade via skype.
